RW Move On Demand is operated by Rhiannon Kite ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We keep this simple because we only collect what we genuinely need.
Account information: When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password (we never see your actual password). This is handled securely via Supabase.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe retains payment records in line with their own privacy policy.
Usage data: We may collect basic information about how you use the service (pages visited, classes watched) to help us improve the experience.
We use your email address to manage your account, send you receipts, and communicate important service updates. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in. We use your membership status to grant or restrict access to the class library.
Supabase — stores your account and membership data securely.
Stripe — processes subscription payments and manages billing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment processing: stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Bunny Stream — hosts and delivers the class videos. Video playback is token-gated so only active members can watch.
Netlify — hosts the website and serverless functions.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership and request account deletion, we'll remove your personal data within 30 days. Stripe may retain transaction records for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request this, email hello@rhiannonsway.com. You can also manage your subscription at any time from your account page.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
