These terms govern your use of RW Move On Demand, operated by Rhiannon Kite ("we", "us", "the service"). By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these terms.
RW Move On Demand gives you access to a library of pre-recorded fitness classes (Dance, Step, Box2theBeat and Workout) via a monthly subscription of £4.99/month. Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please don't share your account with others. Each membership is for one person. If we reasonably suspect account sharing, we may suspend or terminate the account.
Your membership renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
All videos and content on RW Move On Demand are owned by Rhiannon Kite and protected by copyright. You may not download, copy, redistribute, record, or share any content from the service. The token-secured video delivery is in place to enforce this.
Music used in classes is licensed for streaming. You may not use these classes or recordings for public performance, teaching, or commercial purposes.
The classes on this service are for general fitness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have any health conditions or injuries. Participate at your own risk.
We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove content at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of any significant changes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
